Welcome to the English Language Intensive Programme at Murrays Bay Intermediate School.

We are a busy Intermediate school on Aucklands North Shore, we have about 1000 students, 45 of them being International Students from mainly Korea and China.

The English Language Intensive Programme services students who are studying in English although it's their second language.We teach the students in small groups 2-5 times per week.

Their are 2 main teachers - myself - Vanessa Opera who works five days per week and Lee Braithwaite who works three days per week. We are very luckly to also have Jung Hee Kwon who is multilingual and speaks English, Korean, Chinese and some Japanese. She works two days per week.

The aim of this BLOG is to share the students work and showcase events held by the ELIP department to the world.
